Therapeutic justice is a legal paradigm that concerns "the study of the role of the law as a therapeutic agent". The proposal is based on developing the way this paradigm is given in the field of criminal justice, family justice and capacity determination in drug-related situations. Therapeutic Justice focuses on the impact of the law on the emotional spectrum and psychological well-being of people, worrying about the psychological, emotional and human side of the law, the legal process and legal actors.
