Triggers are just like invitation cards to Cravings and urges..
Because we are very expert to fulfill these cravings just like hunger,sleep,sex etc..v expert.
When Drugs and Alcohol take charge of these natural cravings ,these are more powerful than natural,so we do the same but with more power and swiftly.
Without getting skill how to manage cravings, we can go back to our previous life drug patterns.
Lets have an exercise to minimise the intensity of craving.after three attempts craving will go into the clouds..

Take a deep breath thrice sitting comfortably under the sky. .Blue sky ..white clouds are floating..See white Clouds ..They are like fresh cotten..see white clouds...
You are facing craving which can destroy your recovery..your recovery is mush mote improvement than any other thing..you want to save it..its too much important..
Take a deep breath...
Very deep..
You are touching your craving side of the Brain.you know where it is..
Your are seeing this part of the brain ..white colour craving..
Yes...you are seeing craving in white...
Take a deep breath while seeing its colour in your imagination....
Your are placing it near forehead.
See other part of the brain in blue..there is no craving except in forehand region..
See white clouds in the sky.....
You want to shift your white colour craving to white clouds..
Take a deep breath..
Craving is ready to go...
See this shifting..
Craving in big size ...
On your forehead..
Going....
See this ...
Craving is goin to white clouds..
You are watching this..
Its going making its size small.small.small.watch this white craving disappearing in white clouds...
You are not seeing your craving in white clouds..
You are unable to find it...only white clouds...
