Any profession needs enhancements through knowledge,information,new ideas,new skills , researches and experience.
Its like a running water of a beautiful stream.
When water is blocked by any means ,it losts its continuity and converted into stagnant pool..
After some time this stagnancy produces ill smell and we can listen reptiles voices from this too .its all due to stopped water..
In professions , especially in our profession(Addiction),which needs continuing care we as professionals have to improve our knowledge,skills through trainings,attending seminars,conferences and through participating in Exams too .
We can avoid Burn outs, job disatisfactions after gaining new knowledge and skills in addiction field.
We can serve humanity in a v good manner too..
Professional improvent is vital in Addiction treatment field.
Professional Stagnancy can bring dangerous outcomes ..
We can not sing one song daily to impress others..Addiction field addresses individuality by focusing on individual needs of our clients.Fit for all approach can not produce achievements.
Stagnancy is fit for all approach actually.
