California’s Medi-Cal population is 81% multicultural, which is a unique challenge for health systems. ConsejoSano will provide a brief overview of their culturally competent 2-way text patient engagement service that drives increased patient engagement and improved outcomes for multicultural, underserved, and hard to reach populations. Anthem Blue Cross will share their innovative partnership with ConsejoSano, LanguageLine, and safety net health centers to launch telehealth and digital solutions that help solve for cultural and language barriers in healthcare, improving quality and patient experiences.
