The first training session aimed at students and professionals interested in evidence-based prevention took began this week. This initiative is from the ISSUP Chile National Chapter in collaboration with CICAD/OEA.
The training is in the Universal Prevention Curriculum (UPC) CORE course for implementers, it will have a duration of 6 weeks made up of 12 modules, at the end of the course, the objective is for the participants to be able to make a viable prevention workplan to achieve the implementation of an evidence-based intervention within their territory.
The results will be presented in a face-to-face workshop in July, 2023 and will be followed up throughout a semester to facilitate their execution and exchange of experiences.
