International Standards on Treatment & Harm Reduction

The Vienna NGO Committee on Drugs (VNGOC) together with the UNODC Civil Society Unit (CSU) held a webinar on 17th March 2021 discussing UNODC guidance on treatment and harm reduction. The webinar included opening remarks from Mirella Dummar-Frahi from the CSU and Jamie Bridge from the VNGOC, a presentation by UNODC experts Giovanna Campello & Monica Ciupagea on the International Standards on the Treatment of Drug Use Disorders and UNODC's guidance on HIV Prevention, treatment and care of people who usde drugs, a civil society panellist (Devon de Koker from STAND South Africa), and an open Q&A session.
