It sets clear criteria to determine which programmes have the potential to be successful and, crucially, how and where they can be effectively applied to support the development of children and young people. The database also delves into the prevention methods employed by these programmes, addressing how they hinder the emergence or persistence of problem behaviours. Additionally, it offers insights into the known results and the efficacy of these programmes.

Moreover, the database facilitates targeted searches, allowing users to filter programmes based on criteria such as the addressed problem behaviour, the age group of the target audience, or the operational area (institution). This functionality supports the enhancement of local service structures.
