ISSUP Chile invites you to participate in a webinar on evidence-based prevention: advances and challenges for Chile.

This year, on the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking 2021, we want to echo the UN's invitation to share research findings, evidence-based data and truthful life-saving information.
This webinar aims to reflect on the implementation of evidence-based prevention strategies in our country and to know the difficulties and learning from experiences that serve as a guide for the challenges that may arise in our country.
Nicole Eisenberg, an academic at the University of Washington, will present about the experience of implementing the Communities That Care program in the United States. Raul Perry, Program Manager of Fundación San Carlos de Maipo, who leads several projects for the implementation of evidence-based programs in Chile, and Carlos Ibáñez, Head of the Addictions Unit of the University Psychiatric Clinic of the University of Chile, General Coordinator of the pilot project for the implementation of the Icelandic Model of Prevention in 6 communes of the Metropolitan Region, comment.
