2020 has been another momentous year for ISSUP in spite of the numerous challenges created by the global COVID-19 pandemic. This year your enthusiasm has fuelled our work, without which none of the below would be possible.
This year you've joined ISSUP and brought recognition to the workforce. You've passed on our message and invited colleagues to get involved. You’ve given your time, presented webinars and shared your knowledge, research and expertise. You’ve established and developed National Chapters. You’ve participated in our events. You’ve made our networks a place of rich discussion and knowledge exchange. You’ve watched our videos. You’ve liked, commented and shared. You’ve taken part in our surveys. You’ve helped us shape the future of ISSUP. Thank you. It is all only possible because of your support.

What a year it has been for ISSUP National Chapters!
A special thank you to the ISSUP National Chapters for all they have undertaken and achieved during 2020.
We now have 24 established ISSUP National Chapters with a membership of over 4,500, including 12 new Chapters established in 2020.
19 of them were involved in providing webinars in 6 languages.
The African Regional Virtual Conference comprising 6 plenary sessions had 11,486 registrants and 5,054 attendees from 117 countries.
National Chapters have also helped address the COVID19 pandemic in their countries by providing practical support and specific contributions to meet increased demand on health services. They have been a credit to ISSUP and their countries. We would like to acknowledge and thank you all – the wonderful people who have given so much commitment to ISSUP and the general humanitarian cause.
We’ll be back in 2021, rested and ready to provide more information, insights and inspiration. All the best for the festive season and we wish you a safe, healthy and peaceful 2021.
