COPOLAD (Cooperation Programme between Latin America, Caribbean and the European Union on Drugs Policies) is a partnership cooperation programme aiming to improve the coherence, balance and impact of drugs policies, through the exchange of mutual experiences, bi-regional coordination and the promotion of multisector, comprehensive and coordinated responses.
