Dr. Isaac Masiye holds a Bachelor's of Arts with Education Degree, a Masters in Educational Psychology and PhD in Educational Psychology with bias to drug and alcohol use prevention education and counselling. He also holds a diploma in guidance and counselling. He has 21 year experience in drug demand reduction field at both technical and management levels and has published a number of journal articles in the same field. He has also been involved in trainings in Drug Use Epidemiology Data Collection Methods under Pan African Drug Use Epidemiology Network. He is currently Senior Assistant Commissioner and Head of Education and Counselling Department of the Drug Enforcement Commission in Zambia, and also National Drug Use Epidemiology Focal Point
